Robert graduated in Austria from one of Europe's best culinary academies in 1984. He has worked in and managed some of Europe's finest restaurants and hotels. Part-time, he operated his family-owned restaurant and guest house in St. Georgen, Austria

Herbert owned and operated Sonoma County's only authentic German restaurant at the Russian River from 1982 to 1990.  Herr Zacher has worked within the community on many special events, including Octoberfest.

Cafe Europe uses old European recipes combined with California's freshest ingredients. All our mixed field greens, produce and fruit are organically grown, based on market availability. Besides our regular menu, Cafe Europe will offer you daily specials.
